Elliot’s Footprint was delighted to be a part in the Sheffield Steelers Ball Hockey Junior Tri-wizard Tournament. Andrea Kerslake, one of the founder trustees, was invited as a guest and awarded the medals and trophy to the teams taking part in the event.
She was also presented with a special Gryffindor jersey with the charities logo on the back.
Over 50 children took part in various age groups to create an exciting day of hockey with team Ravenclaw winning the tournament and over £500 raised to support the work of Elliot’s Footprint.
Andrea said, ‘It was such a privilege to attend today’s tournament and to give out the medals to the children taking part. It was a great opportunity to talk to parents about what we do. Well done to team Ravenclaw for winning!’
Elliot’s Footprint would like to thank the Ball Hockey Club and in particular the tournament organisers for putting on such an amazing event.
