Andrea and John Kerslake took part in the 7th Leeds SOUP held at Dock29 at Leeds Dock.
The SOUP is an experiment in micro funding, where like minded individuals come together, pitch great ideas, eat soup and vote on the project they think benefits the Leeds community the most. Leeds SOUP run quarterly events in and around Leeds. Tickets to the event are sold to everyone who attends, with the winning idea taking away 100% of the evening’s takings to make their idea happen. http://www.leeds-soup.co.uk/
We are delighted to announce that Andrea and John were successful in their bid and were awarded over £800 by everyone who attended the night. All this funding will go to our bid to fund a dedicated Bereavement Support Worker.
